Yes — 100%. All third-party platform fees including PMS tools (Guesty, Tokeet, Cloudbeds, etc.) are fully covered within your HostPulse plan. The only additional costs would be physical expenses like cleaning supplies or maintenance repairs — which are standard regardless of who manages your property.
Each additional property beyond your first is charged at the add-on rate for your plan: +$100/mo (Start), +$150/mo (Grow), or +$200/mo (Scale). You can add properties at any time and we'll onboard each one within 3–5 business days.
No. We operate month-to-month because we believe our results speak for themselves. Cancel with 30 days' notice at any time, no penalties or fees.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at the start of any billing cycle. We'll prorate any differences and make the transition seamless.
No setup fees. Your first month's flat fee is all you pay to get started. Onboarding, listing setup, pricing configuration, and co-host access are all part of our standard service with no hidden costs.
